Leasing Sales & Renewal Process
This course will uncover how to conduct a leasing discussion with sales aides and, if applicable, respond to one or two instances of resistance.
Attendees will develop the skills and knowledge to:
- Plant the seed for a lease presentation

- Deliver a customer friendly lease presentation

As part of our compliance education we offer the AFIP Certification course in your dealership on an individual or group basis. This college-level course provides an in-depth study of the laws that govern the F&I process. AFIP Certification is considered to be the master’s degree of an F&I education.
