Leasing Sales & Renewal Process

This course will uncover how to conduct a leasing discussion with sales aides and, if applicable, respond to one or two instances of resistance.

Attendees will develop the skills and knowledge to:

  • Plant the seed for a lease presentation
  • Effectively time the lease presentation
  • Deliver a customer friendly lease presentation
  • Communicate the benefits of your preferred lease program
  • Handle the “ownership” objection
  • Overcome other objections to leasing
  • Offer payment options
  • Present the customer centered disclosure (Reg. M) and lease customer follow-up 11

AFIP Certification

As part of our compliance education we offer the AFIP Certification course in your dealership on an individual or group basis. This college-level course provides an in-depth study of the laws that govern the F&I process. AFIP Certification is considered to be the master’s degree of an F&I education.

Essential F&I and Sales Compliance

This course educates F&I and sales professionals on the rules and regulations relevant to their position and instills verifiable processes that protect the dealership from negative legal exposure.
