Ed Paez

National Trainer

Ed began his automotive career in 1995 as salesperson. Since then, he has held positions as an Internet Manager, Performance Center Manager, Pre-Owned Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager. He has worked for large corporate and small privately owned dealerships. Ed has experience with domestic, European highline, and exotic vehicles. It’s this wide range of experience that has given Ed the tools necessary to be an effective trainer.

After over two decades in the automotive industry, Ed took on the new challenge of working as a national trainer to share his experience and develop others into industry leaders.

Ed specializes in working with the newest technology available to dealership employees and using it improve follow up, closing skills, and profitability. He understands the importance of evolving with your customer base and the risks when a business does not. “The one constant in this business is change.
