Melissa Tam

As Vice President of Automotive Digital Technology Services for Assurant, Melissa Tam leads the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that are designed to maximize dealership and administrative operations.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in CX, program and product management. For the past 10 years, Melissa has focused her time and energy on the automotive industry and assisting dealer partners across the country deliver the best customer experience possible.

Melissa graduated from Concordia University with her MBA in organizational leadership and holds a Bachelor of Arts – Sociology degree with a focus in law, criminology, and deviance from the University of Minnesota.
