We partner with trusted HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and roofing professionals for our Independent Service Provider Network and we’re always looking to expand. To recommend a service provider you trust, please provide their company name, email, and contact phone number, and submit your referral via email.

The Home Warranty provider is TWG Home Warranty Services, Inc. in all states except in Florida where the provider is ServicePlan of Florida, Inc. and in California where the provider is Virginia Surety Company, Inc. For Home Electronics, when coverage is part of the Plan, the provider is Federal Warranty Service Corporation in all states except in Florida where the provider is United Service Protection, Inc. and in Oklahoma where the provider is Assurant Service Protection, Inc. These entities operate under the trade name Assurant.
