Dual coverage options

Pre-FIRM and post-FIRM

Unlike many private flood products on the market today, Assurant Flood offers coverage for both pre-FIRM and post-FIRM properties. This includes pre-FIRM properties with an elevation of -1 or higher.

If desired, proprietary Assurant geospatial technology can be used to determine the elevation difference on commercial properties as part of enrollment.
