September 5, named International Day of Charity by the United Nations, serves as an opportunity for our employees across the globe to celebrate our collective commitment to charitable causes. At Assurant, we’re proud to reflect on some of our recent Assurant Foundation charitable contributions and employee volunteerism across the globe.

Through the Assurant Foundation, we’ve provided over $5 million in grants, crisis relief, matching gifts and in-kind donations to charitable organizations. It's one of the reasons we were recognized as a 2021 honoree of The Civic 50 by Points of Light.
