ATLANTA, August 18, 2025 - Assurant, Inc. (NYSE: AIZ) (“Assurant”), a premier global protection company that safeguards and services connected devices, homes and automobiles in partnership with the world’s leading brands, today announced the closing of a public offering of $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.550% Senior Notes due 2036 (the “Notes”).

The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be approximately $296.0 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Assurant. Assurant intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem all of the $175.0 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 6.100% Senior Notes due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”), to pay related premiums, fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
