Assurant continues to introduce fresh, revenue-generating solutions that simplify the move-in process for tenants and reduce paperwork for leasing offices. Last year, we launched Assurant TechPro – the first tech-support amenity in the multifamily housing industry, which enables PMCs to offer 24/7 complimentary tech-support to their tenants. Additionally, we enhanced our Cover360 renters insurance product that allows for the insurance premium to be paid with rent payments to streamline the sign-up process, ease compliance tracking, and boost revenue for our PMC partners.
