Dave Worrall

David started his automotive career in 1977 in Cincinnati, OH. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Xavier University, he got his start in the automotive industry in Sales Management. His desire to advance his career led him to make the decision to obtain his Masters of Business Administration degree at Xavier University. This eventually allowed him to move into a higher role as a General Manager, which he held for multiple years at three different dealerships.

David’s extensive leadership experience and desire to lead teams to success eventually transitioned his career into training and has continued to develop dealerships since 2000. He began his role with the Automotive Training Academy by Assurant in 2018 and is now the Vice President of Training and Digital Learning Transformation. Since starting with Assurant, he has participated in the Excel Leadership Program at Assurant through Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning. He is also currently Master Certified by the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals.
