Why is my bank account being debited by Assurant?

You may have been billed for renters insurance or an extended warranty sold to you through one of our retail partners. Contact us for more information about your specific charge.

I was solicited about a job at Assurant through an instant messaging service. Is this outreach legitimate?

Assurant does not solicit potential job applicants or initiate a job interview or offer via instant message. Assurant also will not ask for any financial or credit history, nor require any software to be purchased or request a check or cash as part of the job application process.
